Since 2019, Montana Mindfulness Project has taught mindfulness skills to students, parents, educators and professional leaders in the Gallatin Valley–and now statewide.
Montana Mindfulness Project (MMP) teaches mindfulness to youth and adults in schools and communities across Montana, providing tools that focus attention, regulate emotions, and increase resilience for a lifetime.
